Will it hold a strong puller? The strap is a flexible coated webbing with black rustproof hardware and a locking handle. Check the strap, clip and handle before each walk, as you would with any leash.
Can I wash it? Wipe the strap with a damp cloth after muddy or wet outings. Do not put it in a washing machine.
Does it come with a collar? No. The leash is sold on its own.
