Once you become familiar with doing Kegels to strengthen your pelvic floor, you can gradually supplement your routine with extra weight, just as you would at the gym!\n\u003cp\u003eLaselle Kegel exercisers can be used individually or can be linked together to tailor your routine. Linking the exercises will create more resistance and increase the area to squeeze around. To link, simply loop the retraction cord of the leading ball around the outer ring of the other ball.
