Fit and Capacity

Choose the smaller option if you have a low cervix or are new to menstrual discs. Choose the larger option if you have a higher cervix. Both options are suitable for light to heavy flow.

Use

Wash your hands before use. Before first use, fully submerge the disc in boiling water for 5 to 8 minutes; do not boil dry. Fold into a figure 8, insert the back rim first, then tuck the front rim behind the pelvic bone. Wear for up to 8 hours and empty 3–4 times per 24 hours, or more frequently with heavier flow.

Cleaning and Care

Wash before and after each use with mild soap and hot water or a purpose-made cleaner. Rinse thoroughly. Store in the provided ultra-hygienic fabric pouch. Do not use harsh cleaners, petroleum-based substances, tea tree oil, alcohol or bleach. Replace if cuts, punctures or a sticky/oily film appear.

Precautions

Not a contraceptive and does not prevent pregnancy or sexually transmitted diseases. Do not use if you have had TSS. Discontinue use and contact a medical practitioner if pain or discomfort occurs. Use during menstruation only. Keep away from children and animals, and do not expose to open flames. If TSS symptoms occur, remove immediately and contact your doctor.
