Menstrual disc fit depends primarily on how securely the disc sits behind the pubic bone, so the larger size is not automatically the right choice for heavier flow. Capacity matters, but choosing a suitable diameter is also important. If you are unsure, selecting two different sizes or designs lets you compare the fit.
