Let Go by Katie Cleveland

When I think of my yoga practice there is something I always need to let go of because of my control-freak tendencies. So when I think of the space where I can let go, it’s usually in nature or by practicing yoga. This yoga mat represents both those spaces.

When I step back into nature I am always reminded that we weren’t born to be stressed out and crazed by the chaos of life — we were meant to thrive and join the wild dance of life! When you read the words “Let Go” I hope you feel them. When you look at the mountains and the flowers I hope you remember a time where you felt free to let go and be yourself. The sharp orange shapes represent stress, the flowers and mountains take over the tension like a crash of a wave. May you always be able to let go and let life take you magical places!

Namaste,
Katie
