Organic Cotton Pad Pack - Booster Regular (3 Pack)

Our Cloth Menstrual Pads are lovingly handmade from super-soft unbleached cotton, offering a comfortable and eco-friendly alternative to disposable sanitary pads. Designed for everyday comfort and reliable protection, they’re suitable for menstruation, light bladder leakage (LBL), incontinence or as a backup when using a menstrual cup or tampon.

Each pad features an organic cotton outer layer, internal absorbent terry cotton layers and a discreet waterproof TPU backing to help prevent leaks. They’re gentle on sensitive skin and unlike most disposable pads are completely free from absorption agents, fragrances, formaldehyde (a Group 1 carcinogen) and dioxins, which are known endocrine (hormonal) disruptors.

The absorbent core is positioned only in the centre, allowing the pad to sit close to the body without bunching, creating bulk or shifting during wear. Period Shop organic cloth pads are available in black or beige and come in a range of sizes to suit different needs and flow levels.

Secure and adjustable fit

Our pads and liners fasten securely around the gusset of your underwear with wings and nickel-free snaps. This allows you to adjust the fit to suit different underwear styles and gusset widths.

How to Use

Wash before first use.  Place pad over the inside of underwear with the manufacturer's label facing down and to the front.  Fold wings around the outside and snap fasten.

Liner

• Size:  7 x 17.5 cm (2.7 x 7”)
• Suitable for:  Vaginal discharge, light spotting or light bladder leakage (LBL)
• Layers:  Organic cotton outer (top and bottom), 1 absorbent bamboo terry layer, waterproof TPU layer

Regular

• Size:  17.5 x 23 cm (7 x 9")
• Suitable for:  Light to moderate flow and light bladder leakage (LBL)
• Layers:  Organic cotton outer (top and bottom), 2 absorbent bamboo terry layers, waterproof TPU layer

Night

• Size:  17.5 x 30.5 cm (7 x 12")
• Suitable for:  Heavy flow, overnight use, incontinence or postpartum bleeding
• Layers:  Organic cotton outer (top and bottom), 3 absorbent bamboo terry layers, waterproof TPU layer

Pads can be purchased individually or as part of a curated set. If you’d like to explore different sizes, try a sample pad pack. Flow pad packs are available for light, medium or heavy flow periods and are a great way to start your cloth pad collection.
